Work) is not connected to Others because Government need to be open to Other Governments than The One Itself (Government working with Other Governments) In this Sense of Open I Mean Connected via the Internet (Skype and Other Chat Applications) Prince Edward Island and Other Governments in this Country (Canada) Continent (North America) and this Planet (Earth).
